Terms of Use
These terms cover what you can buy in TimCleaner and what you are responsible for when you use it. Using the app means you accept them.

What you can buy
TimCleaner has no subscription. Everything is bought as a one-off, and only through Apple In-App Purchase: credit packs, a 24-hour Pass, and Lifetime. We never take a payment ourselves and we never see your card.
Credits
Credits are spent on cleanup actions. They do not expire, and the balance is held on our server so that it survives a reinstall. Credits are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash and they have no value outside the app.
24-hour Pass
A Pass lasts 24 hours from the moment of purchase. Buying another one while it is still running adds 24 more hours rather than replacing the time left, so passes stack.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that makes the paid actions free for the account, permanently. It is a non-consumable, so it is available to Family Sharing, and it can be restored to a new account with the same Apple ID.
Free credits
Some credits are given away: the welcome grant, rewarded ads, referrals and promo codes. They are spendable exactly like bought credits, but they have no cash value and are never refunded in money.
Refunds
Every purchase is between you and Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. If you ask Apple for a refund, we may give Apple consumption information about the purchase so that it can decide; this is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Attempts to obtain credits without paying for them — fake or emulated devices, farming referral bonuses, or replaying purchases — may lead to the account and the device being blocked, and to the credits involved being removed.
Deleting photos
TimCleaner never deletes anything by itself. The deletion is performed by iOS, only after you confirm it, and the items go to Recently Deleted, where iOS keeps them for 30 days before removing them for good. You are responsible for what you choose to delete: check what is selected before you confirm.
Advertising
The app is supported by non-personalized advertising through Google AdMob. Buying credits turns the interstitial ads off permanently.
The app is provided as is
TimCleaner is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it correct, but we do not promise that it will find every duplicate or that it will be free of faults, and we are not liable for damage to your content or your device beyond what the law requires.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
